Facebook Data

When connecting a Facebook page, we receive a page access token to handle incoming messages on your behalf. We do not access your personal profile data nor do we publish unauthorized posts. You can revoke page access at any time from the Integrations tab.

Google User Data Usage & Sharing

Rassmi complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We utilize Google Sheets access exclusively to create and update spreadsheets syncing orders and inventory in your account. We never sell, transfer, or share Google user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data transmission is strictly confined to delivering essential store synchronization functions.

Artificial Intelligence Services

The platform utilizes third-party AI models to process customer inquiries and generate automated responses. We explicitly confirm that we do not transmit, share, or transfer any data derived from Google accounts (such as Google Sheets data) to these AI models. AI utilization is strictly limited to analyzing message text received from customers via messaging channels.

Data Security

We employ advanced encryption techniques to protect your information. All API access tokens are encrypted in the database. We enforce HTTPS across all communications.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can request a copy of your data or permanently delete your account through Settings or by contacting support.
