We build the shortest path between an order and a serious customer
Rassmi is an Algerian team that knows cash on delivery from the inside: unanswered orders, parcels that come back, and skilled agents working without a clear framework. We built a platform that brings both sides together around written rules.
Our story
Why did we start Rassmi?
In Algeria, customers order from a Facebook page or an online store and pay cash at the door. That is convenient for the customer, but it puts all the risk on the seller: every non-serious order is packed, shipped, and then comes back.
Many sellers solve this with a phone call before shipping. But hiring is expensive, and working with a freelance agent with no contract and no record leaves both sides unprotected.
Rassmi is that framework: a marketplace where sellers meet confirmation agents, a contract that sets the commission, an app that logs every call, and a wallet that tracks every dinar.

We opened Rassmi to stores and confirmation agents in Algeria, in Arabic, French and English.
Our principles
What guides our decisions
Fair to both sides
Agents earn their commission when its condition is met, and sellers never pay for an order that wasn’t confirmed.
Pay for results
No subscription for sellers. We only earn when agents earn, through a small share of their commission.
Customer privacy
Customer data is used to confirm and deliver the order, and only authorised people working on the store can see it.

What we are not

Not a delivery company
We send confirmed orders to the delivery company you choose, and it delivers them.

Not a seller
We don’t sell products, and we only reach store customers through the agents under contract with that store.

Not a call centre
Agents are independent: they contract directly with stores and agree their own terms.

Not a bank
The wallet is an in-platform balance for paying commissions and withdrawing earnings, not a bank account.
