What sellers pay: the agent’s commission, as the contract says
You and the agent choose how the commission is earned and how much it is. It is debited from your wallet at the moment the contract defines, and every debit shows in your history with its order number.
Per delivered order
The commission is debited only when the order is handed to the customer.
Hybrid: confirmation and delivery
The confirmation amount is paid at confirmation, then topped up to the delivery amount on delivery. If the delivery amount is lower, the difference returns to your wallet.
Base salary (optional)
Added on top of the commission if you want. It is set aside from your wallet in advance, then released to the agent every week or every month.
Illustrative example: a contract at 150 DZD per confirmed order and 300 confirmed orders in a month means 45,000 DZD paid to the agent and 0 DZD to the platform.

Built to work with agents
Your store takes new orders as long as it has an active confirmation agent. A new account has 14 days to hire a first one.

Cover if your agent leaves
A store can go up to 7 days without an active agent in any 30-day period. After that, new orders and products pause until an agent’s contract is accepted; existing orders stay available.

Up to 100 products and 3,000 orders a month per store. Contact us if your store needs more.

Two rules in every contract
Every contract pays the agent for results, and a base salary can come on top within clear limits. The platform checks both before an offer is sent or accepted.

Agent platform fee: a percentage that drops as you confirm more
A percentage is taken from each commission you receive, based on the number of orders you have confirmed since the start of the month. The count resets on the 1st of every month.

Top-ups, withdrawals and referrals
Top up your wallet
Sellers top up online with an Edahabia or CIB card, and the amount is added once the payment is confirmed.
Withdraw your earnings
Agents request a withdrawal to their CCP account from 3,000 DZD. Withdrawal requests are processed at the end of each month, and you get an email and a notification at each step.
Referral program
Share your link and get 15% of the platform fees generated by the sellers and agents who signed up through it, for 12 months after they join. If you invited both the seller and the agent of an order, you earn from both.

Questions about pricing
Are there hidden fees?
No. Sellers only pay the commission set in the contract. Agents pay the platform fee out of what they earn: a percentage of each commission and a flat 5% of base salaries. Every debit shows in the wallet history.
When is the agent’s commission debited from my wallet?
As the contract says: at confirmation, at delivery, or part at confirmation and the rest at delivery for hybrid contracts. Only the base salary is set aside in advance.
What must a contract include?
A commission per order of at least 50 DZD (both amounts for hybrid contracts). A base salary is optional: from 2,000 to 80,000 DZD a week, or from 8,000 to 200,000 DZD a month.
Can I use Rassmi without an agent?
Rassmi is built to work with confirmation agents. A new account has 14 days to hire a first agent. After that, a store can go up to 7 days without an active agent in any 30-day period, for example if an agent leaves. Beyond that, it stops taking new orders and products until an agent’s contract is accepted; existing orders stay fully available.
Is there a limit on orders or products?
Each store holds up to 100 products and receives up to 3,000 orders a month. You get a warning before the monthly limit, and new orders resume on the 1st. Contact us if your store needs more.
How is the agent’s fee tier calculated?
From the number of orders confirmed since the 1st of the month: under 500 confirmations means 12%, from 500 it is 10%, and from 2,001 it is 8%.
Is there a fee on the base salary?
Yes, a flat 5% of each released salary, with no minimum and no maximum. For example, a monthly salary of 25,000 DZD reaches the agent as 23,750 DZD.
When are withdrawals processed?
Withdrawal requests are processed at the end of each month, to the agent’s CCP account. The minimum withdrawal is 3,000 DZD.
Do I pay anything if the customer doesn’t answer?
There is no commission on an order that isn’t confirmed. The agent can schedule a call-back or cancel the order.
What happens if my balance runs short?
You get alerts as the balance drops. If it no longer covers upcoming commissions, contracts pause until you top up.
