How Does Merchant Pricing Work?

You set the agent commission per order. The platform charges you zero listing fees — agents are rewarded strictly upon successful delivery confirmation.

You decide how much to reward the agent per confirmed order — 100 DZD, 150 DZD, or any rate you choose.

Funds are Escrowed

When an order is imported into the calling queue, the commission amount is temporarily locked in your wallet.

Agent Confirms

The agent dials the customer and confirms delivery details. Using the official Rassmi mobile app ensures call logging.

Commission Released

Upon successful confirmation, the escrowed commission is credited to the agent.

Yes, registration and full platform access are 100% free for both merchants and agents. No monthly fees, no subscriptions.

Platform fees (10% / 7% / 5%) are deducted from the agent's gross commission. Merchants pay zero platform fees.

You can top up via Algeria Post (CCP, Edahabia card) or online electronic payment gateways integrated into the platform.

Immediately upon recording a verified confirmation, net earnings are credited to the agent's wallet without delay.

If the order is not confirmed (no answer, busy, canceled), no commission is released and reserved funds return to the merchant.

Tiers are calculated based on your total confirmed orders within the current calendar month: <500 → 10%, 500-2,000 → 7%, >2,000 → 5%.
