What is Data Deletion?

You have the right to request permanent erasure of all personal data and associated records on Rassmi. This includes account credentials, connected integrations, orders, and conversation logs.

How to Request Deletion

1. Log into your account on Rassmi.
2. Navigate to Account Settings.
3. Click "Delete My Account" at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm the deletion request via the email verification link sent to your inbox.

Data Subject to Deletion

• Personal account data (Name, email address).
• All registered projects and store configurations.
• Social integrations and stored authorization tokens.
• Message archives and communication records.
• Imported order records and customer contact profiles.

Processing Timeline

All associated data will be permanently purged within 30 calendar days of confirmed request. Once completed, deleted data is entirely unrecoverable.
