Questions about features
Does the agent need an Android phone?
Yes. Agents call through the Rassmi Android app, which logs the call and sends its outcome back to the order. Without it, they can’t confirm orders.
Can I work with more than one agent?
Yes. You can sign contracts with several agents for each store, each with its own commission and terms.
What happens if my wallet runs out?
You get alerts as the balance drops. If it no longer covers upcoming commissions, contracts pause until you top up.
Can I connect my own system?
Yes, through the documented REST API: create an API key from your dashboard, send orders, and receive webhooks whenever their status changes.
