An order comes in

From your store, Google Sheets or a CSV file, the order lands in the call queue automatically.
An agent calls

An independent agent under contract calls the customer through the Rassmi app and checks the name, address and product.
A confirmation with proof

An order only becomes “Confirmed” after an answered call, and its record is kept.
You ship, and pay for results

Confirmed orders go to your courier, and the agent’s commission is only debited as the contract says.
