Introduction

Overview

The Rassmi Developer Platform connects your store, app or ERP to Rassmi, the Algerian marketplace where independent agents confirm cash-on-delivery orders by phone.

What the API does

Send orders to your agents' call queue, follow every confirmation, keep products and stock in sync, and receive each change the moment it happens with webhooks. The API is REST over HTTPS, answers JSON, and authenticates every request with your store's API key.

Every path in this reference is relative to it, for example GET /orders is https://rassmi.com/api/v1/orders.

Conventions

• Requests and responses are JSON, UTF-8. Send Accept: application/json, and Content-Type: application/json with a body.
• IDs of orders, products and webhooks are UUIDs; leads and variants use numbers.
• Times are ISO 8601 in UTC (2026-10-30T09:12:44+00:00). Amounts are numbers in Algerian dinars (DZD).
• Phone numbers can be sent in any common Algerian format (0555 12 34 56, +213555123456); Rassmi stores them as 0XXXXXXXXX.
• Wilayas are accepted as a code (16) or a name in French or Arabic; see List Wilayas.
