# Rassmi > Rassmi is an Algerian marketplace that connects cash-on-delivery stores with independent order-confirmation agents who call each customer. You only pay an agent’s commission for orders confirmed by a real call. Rassmi connects stores with confirmation agents. We don’t sell the products and we don’t deliver parcels ourselves. Sellers top up their wallet by Edahabia or CIB card; agents withdraw to CCP. - Sellers: free sign-up, no subscription and no platform fee; they pay the agent the commission agreed in their contract. - Agents: the platform keeps a share of each commission that drops with monthly confirmations: - Starter: Under 500 confirmations a month, 12% - Growth: 500 to 2,000 confirmations, 10% - Pro: 2,001 confirmations and more, 8% - Base salaries: a flat 5% platform fee on each released salary, with no minimum and no maximum. - Contracts: a commission per order of at least 50 DZD is required (per confirmed order, per delivered order or both); an optional base salary is 2,000 to 80,000 DZD a week or 8,000 to 200,000 DZD a month, set aside from the seller’s wallet in advance. - Stores: a new account has 14 days to hire a first agent; then a store may go up to 7 days without an active agent in any 30-day period before new orders pause. Each store holds up to 100 products and 3,000 orders a month. - Referrals: 15% of the platform fees for 12 months, paid to the person who invited the agent and to the person who invited the seller. - Minimum agent withdrawal: 3,000 DZD to a CCP account. The seller brings the orders, the agent calls the customer, and an order is only confirmed after an answered call. ### How much does Rassmi cost a seller? Sign-up is free, with no subscription and no platform fee for sellers. Sellers only pay the agent the commission agreed in the contract, debited from their wallet at confirmation or delivery. ### How does a confirmation agent earn money? Agents earn the agreed commission for each order they confirm or that gets delivered, and their contract can include a weekly or monthly base salary. The platform keeps 12%, then 10%, then 8% of the commission as their monthly confirmations grow, and a flat 5% of a base salary. ### How do I know the agent really called the customer? Agents call through the Rassmi Android app, which logs the time, duration and outcome of each call. An agent can’t mark an order “Confirmed” without an answered call. ### Where do the orders come from? From Shopify, YouCan or Lightfunnels through a direct connection, from Google Sheets, from a CSV file, or from your own system through the API. ### Does Rassmi deliver the parcels? No. Rassmi sends confirmed orders to your delivery company, among 90+ supported Algerian couriers, and tracks their status. The delivery itself is done by the courier. ### How do I top up my wallet or withdraw my earnings? Sellers top up online with an Edahabia or CIB card. Agents request a withdrawal to their CCP account from 3,000 DZD, and withdrawal requests are processed at the end of each month. ### Who can see my customers’ data? An agent only sees orders from stores they have an active contract with, and each member of your team has the permissions you choose.
